Tim Arnold
Senior Consultant Tim Arnold is a seasoned corporate
communications
professional. He has devised programmes for a wide
variety of clients, from
mergers and acquisitions to corporate repositioning
to internal communications. His PR agency work includes
providing senior strategic counsel to Burson–Marsteller,
Camargue, and Grayling. Tim’s City experience
has involved advising clients such as The ACCA,
The Chartered Insurance Institute, and The Institute
of Internal Auditors.
He has also advised many organisations on crisis
management, including water companies, railway firms,
multi–national conglomerates, and the Port
of London Authority, where he recently dealt with
the Marchioness disaster.
Tim’s journalistic credentials
including working as a BBC TV reporter in Belfast,
when he also contributed to many overseas news outlets,
including ABC New York. He covered the Sino–British
Accord for Commercial Radio Hong Kong and was the
first solo news anchor on Sky News. Tim has contributed
to a wide range of publications over the years,
both at home and abroad, and has also had a distinguished
agency career with The Associated Press and Reuters.
Tim is a visiting lecturer in communications
at many universities and has an
MA in Journalism from Westminster University.
