Arnold Broadcast believe in developing the strengths of candidates from the outset. And we do not subscribe to the training theory which maintains that a candidate must be demolished before being rebuilt.

Our courses do become more challenging as the sessions proceed. Candidates are encouraged to try out their new skills and, indeed, to make mistakes. A mistake is not a matter for rebuke but an opportunity to discover, in complete confidence and security, how to avoid a particular trap or problem next time. The tutor’s criticism is always constructive.

Course documents are compact and stick to essentials. They are designed to fit in personal organisers for easy reference later on. Each set of course documents is made on demand – and so can be customised to the client’s
needs. There is no fee for this additional service.

Arnold Broadcast recommend that no more than six candidates attend a course.The amount of individual attention received by each candidate obviously increases as the number of candidates falls. If necessary, we can arrange a one-to-one session as a tutorial for a particularly key player. Although such sessions are intensive, they can be very rewarding.

Arnold Broadcast do not run 'open' courses; confidentiality is lost and candidates receive much less attention in such sessions.
